Gate All Around (GAA) transistors exhibit near ideal sub-threshold swing. CMOS inverters, logic gates, ring oscillators, nanocrystal embedded SONOS memory devices have been demonstrated. Our results demonstrate excellent memory operation characteristics using thinner wires as well as the trap layer engineering.
