The City of New Haven will conduct overnight towing and plowing operations for the next two nights to clear snow from streets east of the Boulevard and west of the Quinnipiac River. Residents in this area should park on the even side of the street so cars parked on the odd side can be towed to allow for more effective snow removal. The goal is to widen streets and make neighborhoods safer for travel. Daytime operations will clear other areas of the city where street parking is less critical.
