This document provides instructions for scoring APEC concept notes for funding. Reviewers are asked to score concept notes based on 5 criteria using a scale of 1-20, 1-15, 1-10, or 1-10 depending on the criteria. The scores for each concept note across all criteria will be totaled to determine an overall score. The APEC Secretariat will average the scores from all reviewers to rank the concept notes in order of priority for funding. Reviewers must score all concept notes and return their scoring template by
