Can I read Errata on EtoBox?
Errata is a scholarly article available to read on EtoBox.
What is Errata about?
British Geographers. The book is broken down into four major themes which deal with the relationship between humans and natural processes: ground stability; the effects of land use on hydrology; environmental impacts and risk; and modeling and management of geomorphological systems. The book is well written and is illustrated with black and white drawings and photographs. Although the writing is straightforward and the general principles of river management are clearly explained, this book is not for beginners. It is aimed at experts on fluvial systems and experienced sedimentologists. It should not be considered a textbook but rather a summation of the current understanding of land management and river systems responding to changes in the environment. The regions covered stretch from Spain through Ireland to the United States. For most geologists and geophysicists, this book would be more appropriate in a library than on their personal shelves. It is a useful reference, though, for those studying the effects of geomorphology and land management.
