This case report describes a 3-year-old girl who presented with cloudy urine for 1.5 years. Imaging showed a multicystic dysplastic kidney and ectopic ureter opening in the proximal urethra. She underwent nephroureterectomy surgery and was discharged after 4 days with no complaints. The management of ectopic ureter cases varies depending on each case, and this surgery provided good outcomes for this patient.
