This study evaluated the effects of polishing on surface roughness, gloss, and color of three resin composites - Estelite Σ Quick, Clearfil Majesty, and Beautifil II - in their regular, opaque, and enamel shades. Disks of each resin composite were polished with 180-, 1000-, or 3000-grit silicon carbide paper and tested for surface roughness, gloss, and color.
