This study investigated the effects of rumen-protected methionine (RPM) supplementation on dairy cows during early postpartum. The results indicated that RPM supplementation improved milk fat, total solids, and fat-to-protein ratio without affecting milk yield or blood metabolites. Overall, RPM supplementation during early lactation showed beneficial effects on the milk composition of dairy cows.
