This document contains three presidential decrees issued by Ferdinand Marcos regarding land reform in the Philippines: 1. Presidential Decree No. 27 of 1972 decreed the emancipation of tenant farmers and transferred land ownership to them. It stipulated terms for determining land value and payment over 15 years. 2. Letter of Instructions No. 474 of 1976 ordered that tenanted lands of less than 7 hectares belonging to landowners with over 7 hectares of other land be included in land transfer programs. 3
