What is Murottal about?
This study investigates the effectiveness of listening to murottal in reducing learning anxiety among 5th-semester psychology students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research, conducted with 30 students, utilized a pre-test and post-test design and found a significant decrease in anxiety levels after the intervention, with statistical analysis showing p = 0.000 < 0.05. The results indicate that murottal listening is an effective method for alleviating academic anxiety in students.
