What is Plotting Straight Line Graphs Guide about?

This lesson plan aims to teach students how to plot straight line graphs from two points on the x- and y-axes. Students will first practice finding coordinate pairs that lie on a given line equation. They will then learn that only two points are needed to define a straight line - those that intersect the axes at x=0 and y=0. Students will practice plotting graphs by joining points on the axes defined by the line equation. More advanced students may work with decimal coefficients or visualize positive and ne
