Eduardo Lim III, a 31-year-old Filipino man, was admitted to the hospital with a dislocated shoulder. His chief complaint was pain and limited range of motion in his upper left arm. He was diagnosed with a bone fracture/dislocation and prescribed antibiotics and pain medication. During his hospital stay, he had difficulty sleeping and limited activities due to discomfort from his injury. He was discharged after two weeks with recommendations to follow up with his doctor and complete rehabilitation exercises
