This wine was made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the Finca Ca n’Éstella estate. The grapes were destemmed, lightly pressed, and the paste was cooled and macerated for 24 hours before undergoing static racking for 48 hours and fermentation at 14°C. The finished wine was stabilized and bottled in special 37.5 cl bottles.
