This study investigates the correlation between ultrasonographic and clinical features of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) in 90 women aged 18-45. The findings reveal a high prevalence of menstrual irregularity and dermatological manifestations, with 94.4% of participants meeting the follicle count criterion for PCOS. Ultrasonography confirmed polycystic ovarian morphology in the majority of cases, highlighting its effectiveness as a diagnostic tool in suspected PCOS cases.
