Can I read A comparative study of YBa2Cu3O7 microwave hairpin filters vs. aluminum microwave hairpin filters on EtoBox?

A comparative study of YBa2Cu3O7 microwave hairpin filters vs. aluminum microwave hairpin filters by G.L Larkins Jr.; Yu.A Vlasov is a Physics and Astronomy article available to read on EtoBox.

What is A comparative study of YBa2Cu3O7 microwave hairpin filters vs. aluminum microwave hairpin filters about?

We have fabricated microstrip hairpin bandpass filters using YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 and aluminum on LaAlO 3 . The insertion loss and bandwidth difference between the two identical (except for their conductor) devices has been used to estimate the unloaded Q of the aluminum resonators. The estimated unloaded Q of the aluminum resonators was 28. This is used to discuss why aluminum filters and resonators fabricated on silicon have not exhibited a response when YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 resonators and filters fabricated on identical silicon substrates have shown results consistent with the loss tangent of the silicon substrate.
