1) A 34-year-old pregnant woman presented with weakness in both lower limbs and numbness/tingling in her extremities for 1.5 months that worsened over the past week. 2) Examination found decreased power in her proximal lower limb muscles. Nerve conduction studies indicated sensory neuropathy. 3) She was treated with vitamins B12 and folate. She underwent an emergency c-section and started physiotherapy. Her symptoms gradually improved after delivery.
