Courses Refund Policy Explained by operations is a document available to read on EtoBox.
The deposit for all courses is non-refundable, while additional payments may be refunded under specific conditions. Refunds are available if a student cancels at least 15 days prior (minus expenses), partially refunded if canceled within 14 to 5 days, and no refund if canceled within 4 days. If Roatan Dive Academy cancels a course, a full refund (excluding the deposit) will be issued, and no refunds are provided for cancellations due to force majeure, but rescheduling options will be offered.
