What is Red Line about?

In Red Line , the ninth volume of the Winds of War series, WWIII continues to rage as North Korean Respected Comrade Chung Hee Bak, launches a surprise attack on the south, hoping to roll over South Korea’s capital city of Seoul, and loot it before the Allies can respond.
