This undergraduate thesis evaluated the meat quality of broiler chickens supplemented with different levels of fish amino acid. The study fed broiler chickens one of three diets: a control diet, or the control diet supplemented with either 0.5% or 1% fish amino acid. It measured dress weight, dressing percentage, and various meat quality attributes.
