What is Elf about?

Eryx is an elf living in a suburban city that has been quarantined due to a spreading plague. He causes a car accident to escape the quarantine so he can reunite with his elvish family. However, he sees that the driver is a sick girl named Liang and follows her to the hospital. There, he uses his elvish ability to heal her by giving her some of his blood. Eryx is conflicted about leaving the community that has accepted him but he is also desperate to escape the quarantine and scrutiny as an elf in the city.
