The purpose of this report is to provide a "Discussion Paper" which addresses the opportunities for a planned tourism golf industry in British Columbia. It is intended to reference and consolidate previous studies into the golf industry in an attempt to outline the key problems, opportunities and possible directions that the golf industry could consider. It addresses both the market demand and the product supply for B.C. resident travelling golfers, for upscale tourist resort development opportunities, as well as the requirement for more affordable, pay-for-play golf facilities
