This study investigates the potential of black soldier fly larvae meal (BSFLM) as a sustainable alternative to fish meal in Koi carp diets, focusing on its effects on growth and immune response. Results indicate that replacing fish meal with BSFLM can enhance growth rates and the expression of immune-related genes, particularly at higher BSFLM levels. The findings suggest that BSFLM could serve as a viable protein source in aquaculture, promoting both sustainability and fish health.
