What is RoDip: Innovative Car Body Coating System about?

The RoDip system is a new method for pretreating and electrocoating car bodies. It consists of a series of dipping tanks on a skid-type floor conveyor. The car bodies are stopped over each tank, fixed to a tilting device, and dipped into the tank by rotating 180 degrees. This allows for a uniform coating and smaller tank sizes compared to continuous lines. Tests have shown the RoDip system increases capacity over conventional methods and optimizes resource usage.
