What is Building an Adobe Horno Oven about?

The document describes how to construct an adobe clay oven, or horno, using local soil. Key steps include mixing soil with straw to form bricks, letting them dry in the sun, and stacking them in a circular shape with a central opening for the door. As the walls are built, they slope inward to form a conical shape. The finished horno is plastered on the outside and whitewashed for protection. After burning a fire inside to thoroughly dry it, the horno can be used to cook foods by building another small fire
