Sinopec Tenth Construction Company gathered its KPI review record for 2020. Most KPI targets were achieved, including zero fatalities and severe vehicle accidents. However, the total recordable incident rate of 3.38 exceeded the target rate of less than 0.094. Emergency response drills were also not performed to over 90% of schedule as targeted. Overall, while many safety and environmental targets were met, improvements are still needed regarding incident rates and emergency preparedness.
