The QR Container is designed to control temperature throughout the extrusion process more effectively than conventional containers. It uses cartridge heaters positioned close to the liner and double acting thermocouples between the heaters and liner to quickly respond to temperature demands. This allows the liner temperature to be precisely managed to reduce scrap, increase productivity, and extend the lifetime of container components.
