What is HumeGard Technical Manual about?
The HumeGard(r) system is a Gross Pollutant Trap (GPT) that is specifically designed to remove gross pollutants and coarse sediments >= 150 microns, from stormwater runoff. It is particularly useful in retrofit applications or drainage systems on flat grades where low head loss requirements are critical, and in high backwater situations. The system was developed and tested by Swinburne university of technology, australia, in 1998.
