1) The SMME Section facilitated the regular conduct of quarterly Division Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (DMEA) and Cluster Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (CMEA) conferences using virtual modalities like Google Meet due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 2) Slow internet connectivity and power interruptions disrupted some of the virtual conferences. Participants resorted to using mobile data to sustain connectivity. 3) The section achieved 100% of its targets for the 2nd quarter by conducting 1 DMEA
