This research proposal aims to assess the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools used by UNDP-Ethiopia over the past five years. Specifically, it will identify the various M&E tools used in different types of UNDP projects, describe the technical requirements and cost implications of each tool, and evaluate how effectively the tools served their intended purpose within budget and schedule. The research will use a case study approach involving archival research and primary data collection through focus groups
