This study assessed the performance of prenatal screening tests and the prevalence of fetal aneuploidies at Siriraj Hospital in Thailand from January 2016 to December 2020. A total of 30% of pregnancies underwent screening tests, with the first-trimester test being the most common, while NIPT showed 100% sensitivity and specificity for trisomy 13, 18, and 21. The prevalence rates for trisomy 13, 18, and 21 per 1,000 births were found to be 0.27, 0.97, and 2.80, respectively.
