What is 1 +Uswatun about?

This systematic review evaluates the effectiveness of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in reducing relapse rates in schizophrenia patients experiencing hallucinations. The review included 7 studies published between 2015 and 2024, indicating that CBT significantly reduces psychotic symptoms and improves quality of life and social functioning, with low side effects. The findings suggest that while CBT is effective in preventing relapse, further research is necessary to assess its long-term benefits.
