What is Click Clack the Rattlebag Overview about?

The boy asks the narrator to tell him a bedtime story after taking him upstairs to his bedroom. The boy says he is a little scared of the dark, big old house. They go upstairs together holding hands, with the boy explaining that "Click-clack the Rattlebag" are scary monsters that come from the dark and take people to their lair. The boy describes how Click-clacks "drink" their victims instead of just drinking a little blood like vampires.
