About this document
Aspetar Clinical Practice Guideline On Rehabilitation After Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction by joanobiolf is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This document provides a consensus statement on rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). It was developed using the AGREE II instrument and GRADE approach. Exercise is considered the mainstay of rehabilitation, but there is little evidence on dose-response. Physical therapy modalities can help early on for pain and swelling. There are no agreed upon return to running or return to sport criteria. While evidence is low, most recommendations were agreed upon by expert clinicians.
