This study evaluates the implementation of an adapted Check-in/Check-out (CICO-Secondary) intervention for high school students, focusing on its procedural fidelity and impact on academic engagement. Conducted with three ninth-grade students, the results indicate that CICO-Secondary can be effectively implemented and is associated with improved student engagement and perceived social validity. The findings suggest the need for further research to validate the intervention
