The Oklahoma City-Ada-Atoka Railway Company appealed a decision quieting title to a strip of land it held within the City of Ada, Oklahoma. The land was originally acquired by the Railway in 1903 through condemnation for railway purposes. However, most of the strip has not been used for railway since 1908.
