What is Eighth Note Flag SVG Design Contest about?

The contest requires the creation of an SVG flag for an eighth note that minimizes overlap when three flags are stacked vertically. The design should ensure clarity, especially when the stem direction is down, to avoid obscuring the note head. Participants must submit only the flag SVG, maintaining the specified size and orientation as per the provided sample.
