This study evaluates the impact of cross-sectional design on the cyclic fatigue resistance of One Shape, Revo-S SU, and Mtwo rotary files in both continuous rotation and reciprocating motion. Results indicate that reciprocating motion significantly enhances the fatigue resistance of all tested files, with Mtwo exhibiting the highest resistance, followed by One Shape and Revo-S SU.
