What is Mrs. Gibson about?

An 82-year-old woman named Mrs. Gibson brought her small pet dog Spotty in a basket on a flight from Australia to the US. During the crowded flight, a flight attendant had to move Spotty to the back of the plane where he unfortunately died. To cover up what happened, the flight attendant took a photo of a replacement dog and passed it off as Spotty when they landed. However, Mrs. Gibson immediately realized upon seeing the new dog that it was not in fact her dog Spotty.
