Patient Soibbek Abdulazizov, born in 1988, underwent surgery in January 2018 to remove a liposarcoma from his left thigh. In February he began experiencing swelling and pain in his leg. An MRI in July 2018 showed a recurrent 31cm x 4.8cm zone of infiltration in the soft tissues of his left thigh, possibly a recurrence of the liposarcoma.
