What is BMI about?

This study examined the impact of increased body mass index (BMI) on systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) using data from a multiethnic cohort. 364 SLE patients were included in the study. 28% of patients were obese, defined as having a BMI over 30 kg/m2.
