The COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted radiology training in the UK. A survey of radiology trainees found that workload decreased for most, with 72% reporting a significant drop. Subspecialty training also declined, with 70% experiencing less experience and 19% having no subspecialty training at all. 24% of trainees were redeployed from radiology.
