This study investigated the effects of different concentrations of polyethylene glycol (PEG)-induced water stress on growth and antioxidant responses in rice (Oryza sativa L.). Rice seeds were treated with 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% PEG solutions to simulate water stress. Results showed that root and shoot length and fresh mass decreased with increasing PEG concentration.
