About this document
Dielectric Properties of MgTiO3 Ceramics by tina is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This document discusses the synthesis and dielectric properties of magnesium titanate ceramic material. Magnesium titanate was synthesized using a conventional solid-state diffusion method. The synthesized powder was characterized through X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Dielectric properties such as dielectric constant and AC conductivity were measured from room temperature to 350°C at frequencies from 1 kHz to 5 MHz.
