What is H-Bridge PWM Motor Control Basics about?

This circuit uses an H-bridge arrangement and pulse width modulation to control the direction and speed of a motor connected to it. It allows the motor to run clockwise or counterclockwise depending on the position of a potentiometer, and reduces the speed to zero when the pot is in the middle. Current is limited to 200mA and voltage across the motor is kept below 6V.
