BM Boniel brought faith behind bars by starting a small Bible study group for inmates at the Talibon District Jail in Cebu, Philippines. The ministry grew to include all 230 inmates and inspired Boniel to establish the LIGHT Ministry. Through daily Bible study and sharing sessions, the inmates experienced spiritual transformation and changes in behavior, even embracing faith for the first time.
