What is Multiple Bits Output Ring-Oscillator PUF about?

This document summarizes a research paper on improving ring oscillator physical unclonable functions. It introduces PUFs and describes how ring oscillator PUFs work by comparing the frequencies of identically designed ring oscillators to generate a response. It then proposes a multiple bits output ring oscillator PUF that helps generate more challenge-response pairs with little extra area cost. The document concludes by outlining common metrics used to evaluate PUFs and describing how the proposed improveme
