What is Short Story Elements: Emperor and Kite about?

Djeow Seow is the neglected youngest daughter of the Emperor of China. Evil men kidnap the Emperor and claim he is dead so they can take control. Djeow Seow notices this and uses her kite to send her father food and rescue him by having him slide down the kite string to safety. The Emperor is restored to the throne and rules with love and affection for Djeow Seow, teaching not to underestimate anyone.
