This research proposal aims to determine the optimal glucose concentration and incubation time for growth and secondary metabolite production of Schizophyllum commune. S. commune will be grown in liquid medium containing varying glucose concentrations (10, 20, 30 g/L) and incubation times (20, 25, 30 days). The mycelial dry weight and types of secondary metabolites produced will be measured and analyzed.
