What is Retinoblastoma Overview and Management about?
Retinoblastoma is the most common intraocular malignancy of childhood. It can be heritable, caused by mutations in the RB1 gene, or non-heritable. Clinically, it presents with leukocoria, strabismus, or secondary glaucoma. On examination, tumors may be endophytic and project into the vitreous or exophytic and grow subretinally.
