An end of year party was held on 27th December 2012 at 7pm at Palm Creole Cuisine. Invitations were sent to guests who were asked to RSVP. A total of 45 people attended. Music was provided by DJ John Oreddy at a cost of Rs. 800. Decorations including 8 balloons cost Rs. 200. Food for 45 people at Rs. 300 per head cost Rs. 13,500. Drinks including beer, wine and spirits cost Rs. 1,180. Miscellaneous food and drinks cost Rs. 19,170. Transport from Achille was Rs. 1,500, bringing the grand total to Rs. 21,670.
