The document describes the results of tests conducted on aggregate samples from the Thaneerpandal Puthur Quarry in Tamil Nadu, India. Water absorption tests and penetration tests were conducted on aggregate samples with sizes of 3mm down and 6mm down on July 20th and 21st, 2008. A softening point test was also conducted on a bitumen binder sample on July 21st, 2008. Individual gradation testing was done on coarse aggregate samples of size 6mm down for use in mastic asphalt.
